Stop campaigns

Hello,

We are sending campaigns using the badi Open Channel to an external system, but within the flow of the operation we need to send them when a campaign is canceled, does anyone know how to do that in the code or if there is a way to send that a campaign is canceled?

Hello Nancy,

You can use the API as described in our online documentation Structure of API_MKT_CAMPAIGN_SRV | SAP Help Portal.

There is no possibility to do that using campaign automation.
