Status no change

Hi Members.

Since we have made an upgrade CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0, we can't see status changes with business transactions. If We edit a business transaction with status 'Open', fill data and change status to 'Closed', We can see new status 'Closed' only when save transaction.

Could you help us?

Our system has the same problem ,and our system is SAPKU70005, and we can not apply the note ,how can you apply the note ?

Hello again.

The problem has been solved. SAP GUI is not supported in CRM 7.0., so I have applied note number 1171578 because this

note contains the coding for lower releases.
