SIP GW receiving error : 481 Dialog/Transaction does not exist

Hi ,

We are getting "phone is disconnected" message when we are log into the Communication Panel and the Agent registration is not happening with SIP . Hence we have checked at SIP level and the SIP GW receiving the below error from Front End VU (Connection Server) i.e. "481 Dialog/Transaction does not exist". We have checked our IA and SC configurations and everything looks good. Please advise what is the issue in this relation .

Hi Ajay,

please, did you resolve this issue? Do you maintain Webrtc on locations and in IA?
