Hi,

We will load the contracts from our ISU Sytem to the CRM system .

As we read in the guide 'IS-U/CRM Contract Integration'; before loading the object SI_CONTRACT we

have to run the report ECRM_GENERATE_EVERH .

Does it mean that the ISU Contract integration does not work online or delta

mechanism does not exist.

Best Regards,

Hi Xiaoming Cai ,

Thank you for your answer. How is the table filled when we create new contract?

Additional questin ;

We run the report but the EVERH table is not filled. During debuging the program we found out that the service type for devices are not filled.

According this I have additional questions.

u2022 Is it must to fill the service field in the devices

u2022 After filling the table EVERH we did not see the contract account number in this table, I mean the number which persists in table EVER - VKONTO

Thanks in advance

Some explanations:

If you have only a IS-U without CRM, you don't need timeslices for contracts.

If you later add CRM to your landscape, the timeslices are neccessary. This is why you need to run the EVERH-Generation report and also set CRM to active.

If later on you create contracts in CRM and replicate them to ERP or directly create them in ERP, the EVERH-timeslice is automatically created. This is the delta case.

For the report to work you must have working a Master Data Generator templates and the service must match in both - in Template and Installation ( not Device ). Same also for your Default Product.

Hi,Nevra Alkan :

Before initial download ,you should run the report ECRM_GENERATE_EVERH ,it will generate some records into the table EVERH for download.

You don't run the report again for delta download if you have run the report .
