Ship To Party is not getting replicated from S4 to C4C

Hi Team,

It is existing configuration and daily many account "ship to party" of account from partner function are getting replicating from S4 to C4C.

But for 1 account ship to party is not replicated from S4 to C4C and in C4C system under relationship tab we don't have option to add Ship to party but rest of role we can add except "Ship-to-party"

And there is no failed web service in C4C , Can anyone please suggest the steps to check this Ship-to-party failed reason and then based on failed reason , we can fix the issue and move this ship to party partner function from S4 to C4C. Please find attached screen shot of it.

Hi @MD , Can you please confirm if you are using S/4HANA Cloud Public or S/4HANA OnPremise ( Private Cloud ) ?
