Service that caused the error: BP_REL_CRM_TO_CDB

Hi all

I'm downloading relations from R/3 to CRM and I have detected some erroneus BDocs. They are BUPA_REL BDocs and they all show the error message: <i><b>Service that caused the error: BP_REL_CRM_TO_CDB</b></i>.

I've checked t_code SMW3FDCUST and all flags refering to <i>Mobile Bridge</i> are deactivated. Shoukld I also deactivate the other flags (<i>Eintrag aktiv</i>)? Do you know why these relations bDocs could be erroneus?

If you are not using mobile sales, you should deactivate other flag too.

These bdocs can be erroneus because of several reasons. Some validation may fail because your CDB will not have proper data.
