Sending Email through Actions

I have followed the guide to send Emails through Actions.

The action is processed correctly and I receive an Email Request Number.

The problem is that when I go to SCOT or SOST I can't see the email. I mean ...although I receive a confirmation message the email is not created.

Any idea?

Are you processing the actions in foreground or background? If in foreground you need to save the transaction after scheduling the action in order to trigger the commit work required to post the send request.

In background have no idea except did you run the job CRMC_ACTION_JOB to process the action?

I'm processing them in foreground.

You are not going to believe me but now in the morning is working fine =S and I didn't do anything.
