Sender Name missing in recipient EMail

Hello Experts,

I have created sender profile and able to receive the mails successfully from Marketing cloud system to respective recipients.

Now the issue is the sender name which is maintained in sender profile is not coming and its bringing Hybris Marketing as titile.

Can anyone help what could be the issue and about the fix.

Hi Sudhakar

Sender profile in your emails will not be updated automatically. You need to unselect and reselect the sender profile in your emails and templates.

Can you show us your Content Studio settings?

I just saw, that you are using the generic email adapter.
Maybe there is a misconfiguration at your data middleware.
Check the relevant POST method - there is also a data field for the sender name:

Hello sudhakar.yerubandi,

This is really strange. From your screenshot apparently everything is fine.

I also noticed that you are using pre-delivered profile ID GNML. How about you try to create a new one from scratch (you create a new ID from copy of GNML) change your settings and profile name? This is just a try...

Then just make sure you assign the correct profile ID to your test e-mails in content studio!

If none of this works then maybe you should open a ticket at SAP.
