We want to replicate Servie documents from SAP CRM to SAP ECC

Hi

If you done with CRM middleware settings,then service documents created with BP (which is created in ERP system),then service documents will get replicated.

Go to T-code Ko03 in ERP system & select the Internal order for service from CRM ,search it will display the order.

Service documents will create an internal orders in the ERP system.
