Hello all,

I want to create a premise via SAP Service cloud - Utilities Add on. When i go to Premise i don´t have the option to create a new premise.

Can i create a premise via Service cloud?

Thank you. Do you know if we have a premise in the system is it possible to create cases associated to a premise?

Yes, It's possible to create cases linked to the premise.

To create a case linked to premise, we need to open the premise and than create the case right? If we open a case in the case object we can´t add a premise right?
