SAP Marketing - SMS Campaigns Authentication Failed

Hi,

I keep getting an authentication failed error in my SMS Campaigns screen-shot-2022-07-18-at-50228-pm.png

Every time I schedule an SMS campaign it runs for a while but doesn't send any text messages successfully. Can someone please guide me on what is causing this error?

Are you using SAP 365 for SMS or Generic?

1st impression from screenshot is - The campaign is executed. but didn't send any SMS due to failed auth!

I am getting an error in SMS not Email.

What exactly could be the cause of failed authentication?
