SAP Marketing On-Prem - Trigger-Based Campaigns

Hi,

Can someone please tell me how I can easily add different interaction types to trigger based campaigns. Right now I only have a list of 4-5 triggers but if I want to add more interactions to the list of triggers, how do I go about doing that?

Hi Ali,

usually you can activate your different interaction types for triggerbased campaigns in Customizing (in Marketing Cloud: Manage Your Solution > Configure Your Solution > Campaigns > Activate Campaign Triggers)

It's a long time ago that I used on-prem but I think you should be able to find a similar point using SPRO transaction.

Thank you so much! I reached the point of Activate Campaign Triggers. One I add a trigger to the list, is that all I have to do to activate trigger based campaigns for that interaction, or is any other configuration required?

Hi alihaider97,

adding the interaction type to the list of triggers (and setting it to active) it should be enough.

When you create a new triggerbased campaign you should be able to see your newly added interaction type.

What about the execution of the campaign? To be able to capture the interactions in real time and send triggers accordingly. Is there any configuration that would be required or is that it? Once again, thank you so much for your help!
