this is possible via ALE...

You may also try out this as posted by one of our forum friends.

Go to PA30 in ECC.Generate Employee and go to SE38 RHALENI programe Execute it and check we05 to transfer back to CRM

Hi Vikas,

Thats a eautiful blog you have written. Went through it. Very helpful. In the end It says "In order to get replication work properly some customization needs to be done in the target system. I will be covering it in my next weblog"
