Hi,
We are trying to create the scenario of Creating Leads in SAP C4C via Campaign execution in Hybris Marketing Cloud. Though the campaign runs successfully, we get an error in C4C webservice:
No business instance found for logical system XXXXXXX
XXXXXXX is the technical name of the yMkt system.
I have maintained the SAP instance ID and Business System ID. However, I would also like to point out that, i am not able to able the value for the logical system as we do not have a SAP client for cloud systems.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try to put your XXXXXXX (technical name of the yMkt system) as a logical system in communication system in c4c.
The error message you are getting suggests exactly that.

I'd put in any client. For example, 300. It doesn't really matter. CPI doesn't use it usually at all for inbound into C4C scenarios. This Client field value is very rarely used in outbound from C4C scenarios.
You can also check how SAP suggests to create communication system in C4C for yMarketing Cloud integration in Best Practices for integration. Scope item "SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud Integration with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (1J9)" and chapter 3.2.3 Set Up Communication System in "Set-up instructions" guide there.
