Hello

Does On-Hold messages have a Multi-step audio prompts functionality on SAP BCM 7.0 sp:4

We wanted to play different audio's while on-hold.

Hi Petrus,

Prompt type 'On Hold Message' only allows for a single step in SP4

As a suggestion we got around this by editing the different messages into a single audio file and then loading that. It's not as flexible as the multi-step but it meet the need.

Maybe there's some other ways it could be achieved.
