Sales Cloud V2 Connection to Analytics Cloud and Datasphere

Hi everyone,

How can Sales Cloud V2 be connected to Datasphere and Analytics Cloud?

The "classic" Sales Cloud provides standard OData APIs like "/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/" or "/sap/c4c/odata/analytics/ds/Codopph.svc" to extract all the needed Master Data and Business Objects such as Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, and Quotes.

How can V2 be connected to Datasphere and Analytics Cloud?

Best regards,
Joelle

Hello, @JoelleS Official Site

Certainly! Here’s the information without the links:

To connect Sales Cloud V2 to Datasphere and Analytics Cloud, you typically need to:Set Up Trusted Origins: Establish a secure communication channel by adding Datasphere and Analytics Cloud as trusted origins in each other’s settings.
Configure the Connection: Link the two systems to enable data exchange and navigation between Datasphere and Analytics Cloud.
Create Data Connection: In Analytics Cloud, set up Datasphere as a data source to access and visualize its data.
For detailed steps, refer to the official SAP documentation for Sales Cloud V2, Datasphere, and Analytics Cloud. If you run into any issues or have questions, SAP support or community forums can provide additional assistance.

I hope this suggestion will be helpful for you

Best Regards

Chris Wright

Hi Chris, thanks for your response. I also started an Influence so that Sales Cloud V2 will support OData APIs. As of today only Rest APIs seem to be supported. SAP DSP can't access via Rest APIs.
