Request multiple Marketing Cloud Production tenants

Hello Everyone,

I requested a Production tenant for SAP Marketing Cloud, and I would like to know if it is possible to drop this tenant and request a new one from the Quality tenant.

Hi ayoubelghalmi,

To terminate production tenant, You must create an incident via system or from One Support Launchpad to Cloud Product Support informing the Production tenant URL that should be terminated.

I would suggest to use this SAP queue for that purpose: XX-S4C-OPR-SRV

After receiving your request termination of production tenant we will validate the request and proceed with the termination of production tenant accordingly.

Make sure to have your updated contact information in the ticket and notify the 'Contact person IT' about it.
