I'm not fully sure what you mean by "GDPR deletion process" in CDC as GDPR is a standard process.

SAP CDC supports the GDPR-compliant deletion of personal data via API and also Brand provides options to right-to-be-forgotten.

To delete a customer's profile, you can also use APIs, DataFlows, or Screensets.
