Hi Experts,

We are in the midst of implementing Genesys version 7.5 and running CRM 5.0 webclient. Did all the applicable configuration from the CRM side. The problem we are experiencing is that the Tool Bar icons (soft keys eg accept, reject etc ) are not appearing for some odd reason. The Genesys system acknowledges the user logged in with no errors.

Please advice!!!!!!!

Hi Ahmed,

Is this issue resolved? This is a known issue. Please refer note 617514 and 736251. Issue with the JRE version installed on your PC. If JRE version is above 1.4.2 on your PC, then this problem will appear. Sun JRE above 1.4.2 are not supported by SAP.To solve this issue, uninstall all Sun JRE from your PC and install Sun JRE1.4.2 version. Make sure that you have only one JRE version installed on is picked by IE. You can check this in IE Tools->Internet Options->Advanced.

This is kind of odd..We have the same landscape and never experienced this issue.

I am sure you must have assigned configured toolbar profile correctly.
