R/3 and CRM masterdata integration

Hi,

I need to get some details on how the integration of master data is done

from R/3 to CRM and how this integration is maintained in R/3 (from a technical perspective, e.g which transaction codes, which settings etc). My

most pressing question on this topic is:

How can the logical destination

system name be changed when pushing data from R/3 to CRM?

Hi Christian,

Here I try share some information

1. R/3 master data and CRM master data synchronize

in Bdoc Middleware. Most of used scenario R/3 master

data downloaded to CRM (vise versa also possible)

2. Here some tcodes you may need to consider :

a. Download Customizing Object (tcode R3AC3)

b. Download Business Object (tcode R3AC1)

- Object CUSTOMER_MAIN for BP master

- Object MATERIAL for Product master

c. To start download tcode R3AS

d. To Monitor tcode R3AM1

3. Before download the master data, you need to setup

Org Model as well to map with R/3 Sales Area

(tcode : PPOMA_CRM)

4. Logical destination? do you mean tcode SM59?
