product variant in CRM

Hi all

I have created a configurable product in R/3 and also variants for the same. All of these have been downloaded to CRM. But, when I simulate the model in CRM, even if I choose the characteristics which were assigned in the variant, the variant does not get selected. Can anyone plz help me out?

Hi Debolina,

could you please check all the characteristics the same ? Not just the characteristics you have entered but also the inferred characteristics .

I have checked all the characteristics. In CRM, in the 'Product variant' tab of the main product, there are two entries. If I click on any one, it takes me to the product which is made up of that particular set of characteristic values. In the 'Configuration' tab of that product too, the configuration is shown as complete and consistent.

Still the variant is not getting picked up. Any clues regarding this?
