Problem with organization determination in a transaction.

I am working on IDES CRM system and I am trying to add an organization unit under predefined organizational unit "IDES CRM Training Company".

I want this org unit to be automatically determined during sales transactions. I am able to check the Sales operation in "Allow Org. Unit to be Determined" section of new org unit. After save, if I come back to that org unit again, its getting unchecked. Is it not saving properly?

I tried many times but the result is same. But for positions inside this org unit, I dont have such problem(the checkbox remains checked)

While defining Org determination rule, during simulation, I am able to get the position but not the org unit.

Even when I add a business partner to a transaction, I am getting error saying "Enter an organizational unit (Sales)" and the details suggest me to define Org determination rules.

But I already defined a rule and created a profile and attached it to transaction.

Is it the case that its not saving the Org unit properly and everything is the result of it? If yes, how can I get rid of it?

Please help.

There is a Option Consistency Check, Just mark the Org unit for determination in PPOMA_CRM and then click on this consistency check button, then save it.

If not resolved then go to SE38 and run the report 'HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE'.

Thanks for the reply. It really helped.

Infact the org unit is consistent from PPOMA_CRM earlier too. But if I enable the org determination check box here, its retained and it worked in transaction.

Why id didnt work with webclient and it worked with sapgui?
