Posted receipt item details Customer Checkout

Dear colleagues,

I have a question regarding the visualization of the item details of a receipt item in SAP Customer Checkout.

When I am creating the receipt, I am able to see the item detailed information for the item that is selected in the main screen by using the Item Details button. The problem is that, once the receipt has been posted, I am not able to do this anymore, since I cannot select an individual item on the screen and the Item Details button is disabled.

This means once the receipt has been posted I cannot see, for example, which percentage discound I applied on one individual item. Is there any way to do this that I am not seeing?

Thank you very much for your quick answer.

This means that only users that have access to the configuration screen are able to see this information, is this correct? In our case, the staff in the store will not have permission to use this screen, and they are the ones requesting to see this information (for example, in order to check if they applied the right discount % to an item on a previous receipt).
