What does the term OTC mean??

Hi,

OTC means Order to Cash..

It is SD module of R/3..

CRM being a customer facing system, you can perform all your presale and sales related (OTC) processes from CRM box..

You can create sales orders, you can bill sales orders etc in CRM...

This all are part of R/3 OTC and the same documents can also be replicated to R/3 system.

OTC means Order To Cash. Its new term being used instead of SAP SD.
