Organization node not available when configuring rules

Hi all,

I have defined the organization chart in the system.

But when I try to configure service ticket rules under Organizational Work Distribution Rules, the service org nodes are not available.

Anyone experienced this, please share.

Hi Grazie,

Can you please check if your Org Node is valid (Start & End Validity Date) & if your Org Chart or Particular Org Nodes are already activated?

Ideally if the Org Node is valid and Active, it should come up in Org Work Distribution Rules.

Hi,

Thanks for the answer.

The org chart is effective since September 30, 2015, and it has been activated, but it is not shown in the Org Work Distribution Rules.

Could be a bug in this tenant from SAP.

Because it works for other system.

Hi SHU,

It could be a issue with org inconsistency at the tenant.

You may raise an incident for support.
