Hello everybody, I have a doubt.

Is there any way to obtain values from previous months using the SAP Analytics Cloud?

I need to make a comparison between current month and previous 6 months values.

Thanks for any advice that can provide me.

Regards.

Hello Juan,

did you look at the options to create calculated measures ?

You could create a measure for the last month and one for the 6 month period.

Perhaps you can share some more details on your data and what you would like to achieve and I am sure we can come up with a solution.

Hi Ingo, thank you very much for your answer.

In my case, I'm trying to show values for example from the current date in a column, and in another column values from the previous six months, taking the values from the current date like main values.

The data comes from SQL Server 2014. And the models are based from SQL databases.

How can I achive the measures that you spoke to me?

Thanks.

Hi Juan,

You need to create a restricted key figure with a fixed value for the calendar month of the last month.

Then add this key figure into your report.

Hope that helps.
