Not able to view rules for rule based lead distribution

Hi Experts,

I have setup a rule based distribution for leads in my system. I have assigned the rule policy to manager profile.

But still I am not able to view any rule for distribution.

Can anyone please suggest what possibly is causing this issue. Inputs will be appreciated.

Hi Kumar,

Thanks for Reply, Yes I have made all the settings given in the blog referenced by you.

The rule policy is properly maintained and the rules are released and active still issue is there.

Hi Neeraj ,

I had the same issue and when i added the right Policy created in Rule Builder in DD_LEAD context in the Service Manager Profiles , then I could see the Rule in the lead distribution .
