Need more than 500 entires in F4 help in WEB UI

HI,

Requirement is to display more than 500 entries for F4 help for the attribute REGION in BP.

While creating Corporate Account in BP, the Region field has value help. This value help displayes 500 entries. In database there are 1500+ entries. As only 500 are displayed and the rest of the entires are missing.

On the top message More than 500 entries found is displayed but all the entries are not displayed.

How to go about this issue? Please guide.

But can you point me out which field of which Component/View we're looking at, maybe I'm able to provide you a way then?

Hi AK,

From the Usability point of view, displaying more than 500 entries in the Value help is not good.

What you can try is do a wildcard search. eg. Put "A"* and then click on search help. This will provide

all the regions that start with "A" in F4. The Web UI even suggests the list of regions that starts

with a set of character while you enter the characters in the input box itself.

If you select the country first, and then region, it will list only those regions that belong

to the selected country in the value help.
