My vouchers expired before the end of my campaign

Hello Emarsys Loyalty Experts,

In my Loyalty program, I set a voucher as a promotion reward, but on the last date of the promotion the voucher became inactive.

How can I sync the end of my vouchers and my Loyalty promotions?

Can I track which customers did not receive a valid voucher?

In this case it looks like the voucher validity was not set correctly. After you select the end date, you must also pay attention to the time:

  • If the time is set to 00:00, this means that the voucher will be valid until the beginning of that date.
  • If the time is set to 23:59, this means that the voucher will be valid until the end of that date.

Please note that tracking missed vouchers in this scenario is not possible.
