Multiple contacts found for id xxxxxx

Hi All,

For some of the contacts when we load from multiple source it is not merging properly. Due to this when we get a new delta load we are getting the error in import monitor as multiple contact found.

Due we have any job to merge automatically with out manually merging in manage contact.

Dear thandaps,

If you are using Marketing Cloud, then merge job runs automatically every 15 minutes.

If you are using OnPremise version, then you should check report CUAN_CE_IC_TRIGGER_EIM (t-code SE38).

Either way, merging will only take place if configurations have been set up accordingly (for example ID origin priorities, sharable/non-sharable, etc).

Thanks for the response.

We are using marketing cloud and the merge is happening automatically.

We are getting error for one or two contacts. For which the merge is not happening automatically. We are doing it manually.
