Hi Gurus,
We are testing a scenario where in we want to hard code values in category 1 & category 2 in a service request transaction for an Agent role in CRM 7.0 .
Can you gurus let me know to go about it.

Sometime back, i also had similar requirement , however, I wanted to set the values on multilevel categorization depending on something else.
I achieved it using BOL programming and I am sure your requirement can also be fullfilled by same approach.
The problem is, in CRM7.0, the name-value pair being guid based, so to hardcord a value, you will need to get its guid created by system.
