Missing button in IC Webclient

Hi Gurus,

In IC Webclient interface i can't see the "ready" button and i can't select the work mode. What can be the reason?

The ready / not ready button are not part of the tool bar.

You need to be set up with CTI or to the SAP's simulator CCS (contact center simulator)

In your ICWC profile you need to add

CONTACTCENTER Comm. Management Software after setting up the previous step.

It seems to already made the settings which you said. But i have no idea about CTI. Could you explain your answer detailed please?

CTI is Computer Telephony Integration - making the IC integrated with phones, chat, or email. There is no ready / not ready without that.

Hi,

The reason being is because the toolbar configuration doesnt contain this button.

In the IMG for the toolbar profile attached to the ICWC profile you are logging into you do not have the button 'ready' set to the toolbar profile.

Once that is done you will be able to view the button.

I can't make these changes. How will i attach toolbar profile to ICWC profile? Can you explain it detailed please.
