May we I know the cluster of technologies on which C4C is based on?

To be precise with my question, for SD it would be ABAP , for CRM it is CRM technical , in a similar way what is technical module for C4C is it SAP UI5 ? or any cluster of technologies?

Platform:SAP HANA Cloud Platform

Application Layer Code: ABAP

DB: HANA

UI: Silverlight, HTML5 & now its also available on RUI (Responsive UI).

Suppoorted Mobile platforms: iOS & Android.

Customization: SDK can be used to extend the solution; Programing: ABSL (Advance Script Business Language)

ERP/CRM integration: HCI/PI.

Thanks for the reply , could you kindly let me know so in order to work in the technical side of C4C one need to have knowledge on ABAP,silver light, HTML5 and RUI isint it?

Dear Mr. Brown,

Since it is a cloud based solution you really do not need to have technical knowlege of most of the mentioned technologies.

If you want to extend the solution using PDI solutions, then you need technical knowledge of ABSL & SDK.

If you are integrating C4C with CRM/ERP then you need technical knowledge of HCI/PI.

For UI you have to learn how to adapt it (its more configuration not technical).

Most of the other things including Application/ABAP code/UI/Framewok/DB are maintained by SAP.

You can use SAPUI5 for custom development and extensions.

Basically it UI5 technology can be used for App development for C4C.
