Mass ticket creation

Hello Experts,

Need your help on Mass ticket creation. I am new to C4C.

We need to create tickets for Software updates, when we create ticket manually, phone or by Email system generates the Ticket number.

But for mass creation through template "Service Request ID" is required field where we need to add manually which we don't want to do.

Is there anyway to generate ticket number automatically when we do mass creation..
