Hi,
There is a date field ( quotation issue date) in service order which has been populated using FM CRM_APPT_MAINTAIN_SINGLE_OW, through one action.
the requirement is to make this field blank in second action.
should we use the same FM to make the field blank again ? what parameters need to passed in that case.

I would out a break-point in this FM and blank the field manually. Then you see which parameters need to be passed.
