Maintaining Shop Administration Error

Hi ,

I have set up the parameters for the shop administration (shopadmin) using XCM.

http://cr2:50100/shopadmin/admin/xcm/init.do

jco connection was ok and when i save gives following message to restart J2ee server after saving and again, following error occured :" ISA Framework: Internal Error: java.lang.NullPointerException".

secondly when logging for maintaining web shops, getting following error

Hi Nageswara.

Restrating Shopadmin application should resolve the issue. The runtime error problem occurs if some changes are made in JCO settings and the application has not been restarted.

Try it.

Hi Vivek,

Restarted the application but it did not start, when i changed the path in WEB.XML file then it started working

I am also facing the same error, could you please tell me where to check the webshop.xml file and what parameters i have to test.
