Maintaing Sales Area Data via MASS

Hello Experts

We'd like to maintain sales area data of customers via transaction MASS. However we get an such a message "Field PARTNER_GUID does not have a foreign key; as a result no intervals are allowed" and are not able to create BP sales data.

Does anyone have any idea about it?

note 983702 offers a workaround for this missing functionality.
