Login Failed after upgrade from FP18 to FP20 PL03

Hi team.

After we upgrade our system from FP18 to FP20PL03, and try to login to the CCO manager, we have the error Login Failed. The username and password are correct. We have also try to recover the password again but after we type it to login, we have the same issue.

Has anybody else upgraded to this PL?

Hello,

Could it be that the affected CCOm user is identical with the integration user between CCO and CCOm (found under Configuration => Integration => SAP Customer Checkout manager => Webservice Endpoint)? And that CCO are still running on FP18?

Hello, The reason for this logon error is that the user is marked as "Technical User". In previous feature packs a technical user was able to log on to CCO manager like any other user. This has now changed. Technical users can no longer log on to the SAP Customer Checkout manager user interface. Kind regards, Gunther

Hi Gunther and thanks for your feedback.

We uninstalled everything, removed the SAP folder where the manager has settings and reinstalled everything. We only used the same CCOm sql database and have the same issue. There is no any other running instances.

Hello Fedias,

 

Could you advise if some or all of the CCO POS stations are also upgraded to FP20 or are they still running on FP18? And what is their integration user from the CCO POS to CCO manager? Is it the same user that causes issues when logging on to CCO manager?

We tried with two different user accounts and both shows Login Failed. We upgraded a POS client, and after we have full synced the users we are also receicing the message "You do not have the Permission to access any UI Screen".
