Hi All,

while uploading lead template in SAP C4C system I am getting below error.

what shall i check?

Hemant,

You have inserted some incorrect data so validation is unsuccessful. You can take the reference of data with some sample records. Following steps will help you to insert the data correctly:

• Create one sample lead in your test tenant in Marketing work-center.
• Enable the Mass Data Maintenance Function for your User in  Administrator ->Business Users -> Edit - Work-center
• Open the Mass Data Maintenance and open the sample lead you created.
• You will find the 5 tabs containing the same table you see in your excel lead template.
• Validate your data where you made the mistakes, it may be sales org , product etc.

After verifying and correcting your data, you can again start the load.

Hi Hemant,

Login to Silverlight and Go to Administrator -> Background Jobs. Check the failed jobs, here you can more details about the error.
