Issue with extracting data from C4C into BW

Hi Experts,

has anybody some experiences with extracting data from C4C (Cloud for Customer) into BW?

We currently have a problem with extracting some opportunity values into BW. DataSource has been created and the connection works fine. But when we start the info package we get an error that there is a problem in source system. We get no more information.

I appreciate any feedback.

Hi,

If it is source system issue then generally only SAP can resolve it. You can find more details of job log in C4C at Business Analytics -->Monitoring

Please raise an incident to SAP If you cant find any clues there.
