Issue with CRM web ui favourties

Hi,

We are facing issue with CRM Favorites.Customer is receiving error message that

current business role cannot support the favorites due to missing

settings.

Can someone provide guidelines on this to rectify this issue as we are facing<br />

this issue in CRM 7.0 ehp1.

Hi,

You first have to create a Parameter profile under Technical Role Definition with parameter FAVORITES_ALLOWED equal to TRUE. Other parameters are FAVORITES_COMMUNITY, TAG_CLOUDS_ALLOWED & TAG_CLOUDS_COMMUNITY. This Parametr Profile must next be assigned to the Business Role -> Assign Function Profile.
