I am currently working on an SAP project where I need to monitor any changes made to Business Partners (BP) within the last 24 hours. I am specifically looking for an API that can provide this information.

Does SAP offer an API or any functionality that allows us to track recent changes to BP data? If so, could you please provide details on how to implement it or any relevant documentation?
