Hello. Looking for suggestions/feedback from anyone that has done this successfully (or unsuccessfully) on their project.
Simply, the customer wants to use the WebIC for call handling and leverage the BusPkg for ERP Sales for their sales order processing functions. Due to obvious reasons, the portal would be launched (via the transaction launcher) in its own window and not within the confines of the application area, passing relevant data needed to begin the transactions.
To round out the solution, related functionality such as customer fact sheet, inbox, interaction history, etc. will also be considered.
I'm looking for level of effort and lessons learned from this approach.

Hi,
We tried teh same kind of approach integrating CRM BP and CRM Web IC .
We were able to make pilot but haven't decide to do so considering the customer requirement,resource availability and the time frame.
But if we have an OO ABAP expert available then this could be simple as the total programming involves BOL and BOR. Hope it helps.
