Inbound Queues are in ready status, how to

CRM - There are more than 5000 Inbound queues are in ready status and the number is keep increasing, please give us solution to clear the queues

Hi,

1.As a first step, analyse in txn: R3AM1 for any kind of objects are loading.

If not, then check for any jobs which are running in background which fetches data massively from ECC/Third party systems. If so, cancel the running job.

2. Go to txn SMQR and de-register all the queues.

3. If the stagnating entries are on non-production environment and if the queue entries are increasing unexpectedly then you can delete the queues in the txn: SMQ2 of CRM.

Please let me know what type of queue entry exists in SMQ2?

Do you have some SYSFAIL entries and then have "READY" status'ed queues on SMQ2?
