Hello Experts,
we have a scenario where in Contacts are loaded in Hybris Marketing using CSV files, a campaign is executed (without segmentation and target groups) for those uploaded contacts(along with ISContact flag), these is then converted to Lead and handed over to C4C.
The problem is in C4C these Contact information is created as Individual customer and not as corporate customer. Could you please suggest what is probably missing?
Hello Experts,
We also have the similar issue , the contacts information is created as Individual customer and not as corporate customer. Could you please suggest how can we change the set up in CPI
Thank you

Hi abdul.rasheed4,
that's that standard behaviour of the systems. I know that's a bit strange for B2B, where you don't have individual customers.
But I think it should be possible to configure the iflow in CPI to change that behaviour.
