How to retrieve a deleted email from Content Studio?

Dear SAP Community,

as a mistake I deleted an Email Lite from the Content Studio.

Is there a way to retrieve the email or is it lost?

Dear Jose,

Once it's deleted , it can't be retrieved again , Please create a new Email content .
