How to link a user created to a BP?

Hi CRM experts,

I have created an entry in table USR01. Now I need to link the user created to a BP. How can I do that?

Hi HuiBin,

If the role of your BP employee (BUP003) you can assign it like the way attached screenshot..

If the business requirement need to run the internet user process (the role BUP005), system already generate the user you don't assign user to customer.

Is there any way to link a user to a BP? Can I do it programmatically? This is because I have lots of users to be created and I should link them to BPs automatically. Thanks.

Hi,

There is no program which link Employee to user ID automatically. user need to assign the user id to employee BP manually. If employee data is getting downloaded from SAP HR to CRM then this user id data can be maintain in HR system at the time of employee creation and once you download the employee data automatically it will download the user id tagging as well.

There is one FM "COM_BPUS_BUPA_FOR_USER_GET" which will display you the list of BP assigned to the user ID in CRM system.
