How to Integrate Third Party Ticketing Tool to SAP S/4HANA system to Move Transports in tool itself

Hi SAP Support Team,


As of now we are using solution manager for Transport Request moment through Charm. Now Our organization New ticketing tool for managing Incidents, Service Requests and Change management.


Now if want to Integrate with SAP S/4HANA system to move transport request between DEV-->QAS--> PRD systems. is it possible same like CHARM. 


And also please provide if any API is their to Integrate with Ticketing tool and move the Transport Request from DEV-->QAS-->PRD systems. with Change management Based on approval process without logging into SAP system and move the TRs in tool itself.


Please help on this.

If possible, Pelase provide APIs need to use Integrate with S/4HANA STMS setup in Ticketing tool.

Hi Madhu, I have investigated further, there are no official APIs from ChaRM side for such integrations, so you may still need to involve consulting service to see if customization is possible here or not.
