How to find sales representative business area

How to find sales representative business area in SAP CRM?

Hi Sanjay,

I assume you are using the Sales Org model. Did you try creating this sales representative as an employee in BP.

Then assigning this BP to some Position under relevant org unit .

You should set up Organization Determination procedure as well.

If you have R/3 in landscape and if you are downloading the Sales area from R/3 to CRM, then you will need to do the relevant settings as well.

Thanks. yes we are using sales Org model, sales representative has been created as an employee, and also i had sales representative BP no in my hand, This BP had been assigned to positon in the Org unit.

Could you please tell me how to retrive this data?

Hi Sanjay,

You can see to which org unit the slaes rep is assigned by searching in t code PPOSA_CRM -Display Organizational Model

In CRM . Search with the user or Employee name if u have the details . You will get the hands on information on which this

particular user is been assigned. Hope this what u asked for.

Hi Sanjay,

If i understand your question correctly, you basically want that when you create the transaction, the organization unit of the transaction should get auto filled based on the organization unit to which the Sales representative is assigned.

For this you need to set up Organization Determination procedure. You may refer to below links on more information about this. You may also get lot of material on the net on how to set this up.

Thanks for reply, my client has so many sales representatives, each has been assigned to a org. unit,

actually i am devaloping a report in CRM to display all sales representative names, correspond to a particular data.

I have all the sales representative details, and the corresponding Org. unit i want to pick up.

could you please tell me where this data is available in the data base table.
