Hello, Anoop.

If you're talking about IDN numbers which are stored in BUT0ID table then simply build an SAP query on it with additional column "Count". This column should have 1 for any row. Then you can sort and (interim) summarized on the Partner column. And you're done.

I'm finding some difficulties here.

As I'm new to SAP query its getting little difficult for me...

Can you please discribe in detail how I can find all sold to party who has multiple IDN relations available.

I'd suggest to get familiar with SAP Query documentaton. For instance: http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/print46c/en/data/pdf/BCSRVQUE/BCSRVQUE.pdf or http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/d2/cb3efb455611d189710000e8322d00/frameset.htm

You need to connect but0id with but100. Create appropriate info-set in sq02, creating groups as you wish. And add a custome field. For instance COUNT with type I. Then in its coding simply put the code: count = 1. Then assign the info-set to a user group in sq03. And create a query on this info-set in sq01.

Filter your but100 with RLTYP as sold-to-party. And analyze the result.
